What we do with your data, stated plainly

Training records, payments, and credentials deserve straight answers. These are the practices the platform actually runs on, without inflated claims.

Our Position

Modest claims, kept

A training platform holds things that matter: who endorsed whom, who paid for what, and where each student stands in their training. This page describes how that is protected, in plain statements about what the platform actually does. We do not claim certifications we do not hold, and we do not promise guarantees we cannot keep.

Security and Data Handling

Six areas, stated plainly

Account security

Every session is authenticated. There is no anonymous access to training records, schedules, or member data.

Access is role-aware: students, instructors, and school staff each see only what their actual relationship allows. An instructor sees their own students, school staff see their own school, and nobody sees across those lines.

Payment handling

Payments are processed by Stripe, including course purchases, marketplace sessions, and instructor payouts.

The platform does not store card numbers. Payment details go to Stripe directly and stay there.

Training video delivery

Course video is delivered through signed, time-limited playback. A video link is issued to an authenticated viewer and expires; it is not a public URL that can be passed around.

Credential integrity

CFI credentials are reviewed before instructor capabilities unlock. An account cannot act as an instructor on the platform on its own say-so.

Endorsements are recorded with the issuing instructor's identity, so the record of who endorsed what is never ambiguous.

Data controls

Schools and individual members can request deletion of their accounts.

Transactional email runs on the platform's verified domain with standard sender authentication, so a message claiming to be from the platform can be checked against the domain it came from.

Operational transparency

Administrative actions on the platform are audited. When an administrative change touches accounts or records, there is a trail of who did it and when.

Have a security question we did not answer?

Ask it. A school evaluating the platform, a member wondering where their training record lives, or anyone reporting a concern can write to us through the contact page. Specific questions get specific answers.
